Al NeSmith-Managing Partner
Al NeSmith is managing partner of Benefits Advisory Group and has 20+ years experience in employee benefits and retirement planning. Previously, Al was Senior Vice President with Lincoln Financial Group specializing in employee benefits, retirement planning and executive planning.
Al’s responsibilities with Benefits Advisory Group include business development, client management, insurance company liaison, and client communications. Al is a series 7 registered representative, a long time Atlanta resident and a graduate of The University of Georgia.
Hunter Ewing-Partner
Hunter’s specialties include planning for privately and publicly held businesses as well as high net worth individuals. Hunter co-founded Benefits Advisory Group in 2003 and his primary responsibilities are new business development and client management.
Prior to joining NLEC, Hunter was with Northwestern Mutual where he began his insurance career in 1994. He was consistently a company sales leader and served as a Field Director mentoring new agents.
Hunter is an Atlanta native and a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting along with the American Society of Financial Service Professionals. He holds an MBA degree with emphasis in finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and the CLU and ChFC designations from the American College.
Bo Wilkins-Partner
Bo began his insurance career in 1992 with Northwestern Mutual Life. He co-founded Benefits Advisory Group in 2003 and acts as a new business developer and account manager.
Bo is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and has completed his Certified Advisor of Philanthropy designation from the American College.
John Kibbe-Consultant
John Kibbe is an Employee Benefit Consultant with the Benefits Advisory Group in Atlanta, Georgia. He provides insurance services to corporations and individuals. These services include integrated healthcare solutions, financial business strategy, plan design, underwriting, administration, employee communications and carrier selection. John consults regularly with executives from a variety of fields to help create synergistic solutions for our clients.
After graduating from Boston College, John began his thirty year career representing major health insurance companies in sales, marketing, underwriting and national account management. Prior to joining the Benefits Advisory Group, John provided out source Benefit and Human Resource services to major corporations and healthcare plans throughout the U.S.
Meg Spears-Account Executive
Meg joined Benefits Advisory Group to build the customer service and marketing department in 2003. Meg acts as an account executive in her role providing ongoing communication and service. She becomes the key liaison between your company, our client, and the insurance carrier.
Meg is an Atlanta native with a degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida. She joined BAG after working in marketing for an internet company based in Costa Rica.
Mariah Bryan-Marketing Assistant
Mariah joined BAG in 2006 to continue the growth of our customer service and marketing department. Mariah performs key integration between our clients and insurance carrier. Mariah is from North Carolina with a degree in Computer Science and Graphic Design from Guilford Technical Community College in Jamestown, N. C.
